Refund & Return Policy
Returns/exchanges are not accepted. Return are accepted only for defective or damaged items within 1 days of delivery.
Customers must submit a return request by filling out the Product Return Form available under My Account > Orders. The form should include basic order details along with clear product photos (in case of damage or defect). Once the request is submitted, our team will review and investigate the issue. If the claim is found to be genuine, the return and refund process will be initiated accordingly.
The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-defective items are non-returnable.
